We’re a small crew that takes creative business a little too seriously.
Designpreneurs started as the resource hub we wished existed when we were stuck between “pretty design” and “actually shipping.” Too many tools. Too many tabs. Not enough systems.
Five years of notes, experiments, and product launches later, we relaunched this blog to help maker-entrepreneurs design like pros and market like bosses — without drowning in dashboards.
Treat creative work with the respect it deserves — and the systems it needs.
We believe designpreneurs win when craft meets marketing, when templates become workflows, and when AI tools become assistants instead of distractions. Designpreneurs exists to write about that loudly: practical guides, honest tool reviews, stack breakdowns, and workflows that turn ideas into income.
No fluff for fluff’s sake. Just makers who want clearer systems.
Four things we won’t shut up about
Tools with jobs, not trophies
A shiny app is useless until it has a role: create, publish, follow up, sell, measure. We care about stacks that connect.
Systems over one-off pretty
A beautiful post that isn’t reusable is a one-night stand. Templates, brand kits, and repeatable workflows are the long relationship.
AI as a bridge, not a brand
Generators are fast. Production still matters — print-ready files, clear messaging, offers that convert. We cover both sides of that handoff.
Honest picks over ad theater
When we recommend Canva, HubSpot, HeyGen, ChatGPT, VecSynIQ, or anything else, we say what it’s for — and what it isn’t. Featured means useful, not sponsored noise.
Who’s behind Designpreneurs
Designpreneurs is run as a focused maker blog and toolkit — part of the same builder energy behind Mrdzyn Studio’s apps and experiments. We’re not a 40-person media company. We’re operators who ship products, test tools in real workflows, and write down what actually works.
No fictional “doodler” roster. Real work, real stacks, real constraints.

How we got here
Then: Scattered notes, tool FOMO, and the same question every week — “which app should I use for this?”
Now: A relaunched Designpreneurs with clearer categories, practical long-form guides (like the Designpreneur Toolkit), and tool spotlights for people building creative businesses.
Next: More workflows that connect design → content → marketing → product — so you spend less time comparing platforms and more time shipping.
